ZenCortex Ingredients List: Chromium and a 22-Line Blend
The ZenCortex ingredients list has chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, then a 200 mg "Proprietary Herbal Blend" of 22 lines from maca to L-carnitine, then five other ingredients. The blend is listed from most to least by weight, but no line prints its own amount.

What is on the ZenCortex ingredients list?
The list has three parts: one mineral, one blend and five other ingredients. A serving is 1 mL, one dropper, and the bottle holds 60.
The mineral is chromium (as chromium picolinate), 0.7 mcg, 2% of the Daily Value. The blend is 200 mg across 22 lines. The info page says "over 20 carefully-selected ingredients", which matches chromium plus 22 only loosely.

What are all 22 lines in the ZenCortex blend?
Maca comes first and L-carnitine last, in descending order of weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 Supplement Facts). A line's place sets the most it can weigh: 200 divided by the place number.

| 14 | L-glutamine | 14.3 mg |
| 15 | L-tyrosine | 13.3 mg |

What are the other ingredients in ZenCortex?
The other ingredients are deionized water, organic citrus extract, natural flavors, stevia (steviol glycosides) and xylitol. They make the liquid and its taste.
Xylitol is toxic to dogs, so store the bottle where pets cannot reach it (FDA, Xylitol Is Toxic to Dogs). The label also says to keep it out of reach of children.
Plant groups are covered on pages such as other plant extracts, and the panel word for word is on ZenCortex supplement facts.

See packsWhich lines on the list need a second look?
Three kinds of line need a check before you buy: caffeine sources, bleeding-risk herbs and the licorice-derived salt.
Guarana and green tea extract carry caffeine. Grape seed, astragalus and guarana have bleeding notes. Glycyrrhizinate matters for blood pressure, heart and kidney conditions. Keep taking prescribed medicine and ask a pharmacist before adding drops.
The ingredients are explained one by one on the ingredients page. The blend rule has its own post, the proprietary herbal blend.

FAQ01
ZenCortex questions people ask
How many ingredients are in ZenCortex in total?
The label shows 28 named items: chromium, 22 blend lines and five other ingredients. The info page says "over 20 carefully-selected ingredients", which counts only the active lines. We use the label count as the reliable one.
Is there any vitamin on the ZenCortex ingredients list?
No vitamin is listed. Chromium picolinate is the only mineral, and the rest are plant extracts, amino acids and related compounds. If you need a vitamin, check your multivitamin; the drops will not supply one.
Why is stevia on the ZenCortex ingredients list?
Stevia, as steviol glycosides, is a sweetener, listed in the other-ingredients line with xylitol and natural flavors. It sweetens the liquid and is not part of the 22-line blend.
Does ZenCortex list any allergen on its ingredients list?
The Supplement Facts panel we reviewed names no allergen statement. The seller's badges mention gluten free and dairy free, but those are claims with no certifier. If you have an allergy, ask the order desk before you order.
