Is ZenCortex Tested? Quality Claims You Can Check

Quick answer

ZenCortex testing is not documented on the bottle or the seller's pages we read. The brand shows badges such as GMP certified and registered FDA facility, and two lot references, but no certifier, lab, audit date or lab report. No trial of the product exists. We treat every quality statement as a claim until proof is shown.

The short answer01

Is ZenCortex tested?

ZenCortex testing is not shown anywhere we looked. The label prints no lab, no test result and no seal from a testing group.

The brand's image set carries ten badges, and the seller's brief gives two reference codes. A badge is a picture, and a code is a label on a box. Neither is a test report.

There are two kinds of testing to separate. Product testing asks whether the bottle holds what the label says and is free of contaminants. Efficacy testing asks whether the drops do anything for hearing. We found no public result for either.

FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold, and the maker must check safety and labeling itself (FDA, Dietary Supplements). So a missing report is a real gap, not a formality.

What would count as proof

  • A named, independent lab
  • A report that matches this lot
  • The test method and the date
  • Results for contaminants and label accuracy

Badges02

What do the ZenCortex quality badges actually prove?

The ZenCortex badges prove nothing by themselves. They are the seller's claims, and none names a certifier or an audit date.

Two matter most here. "GMP certified" would mean a plant follows manufacturing rules, but the label names no plant. "Registered FDA facility" would mean a site is on an FDA list, but a registration is not an approval or an inspection result.

"Made in USA" sits beside a label that prints a distributor in Aurora, Colorado, and no factory. Open each badge below to read our note.

A brand badge. No factory, certifier or audit date is printed anywhere we could see.

Registered FDA facility badge
Registered FDA facility

A brand badge. FDA registration of a facility is not FDA approval of a product.

Made in USA badge

A brand badge. The label prints a distributor in Aurora, Colorado and no manufacturing site; ask the seller where your bottle was made.

GMO free badge

A brand badge. No outside certification is printed.

Natural ingredients badge

A brand badge. No certifier is named, and the label also lists natural flavors, xylitol and stevia.

Doctor formulated badge
Doctor formulated

A brand badge. No formulator is named or credentialed.

Gluten free badge
Gluten free

A brand badge. No gluten test or certifier is named.

Dairy free badge
Dairy free

A brand badge. No dairy ingredient is listed.

Vegetarian badge
Vegetarian

A brand badge. No animal ingredient is listed, but the label does not say how the amino acids are made; ask the seller.

Money-back guarantee badge
Money-back guarantee

The seller states 60 days. Details and how to claim are on the guarantee page.

Each badge comes from the brand's own image set. A badge is a claim by the seller, not a certificate: none names a certifier, lab or audit. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Dietary Supplements), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

The label03

What does the ZenCortex label tell you about quality?

The label tells you what the maker states, not what a lab found. It names the distributor, the ingredients, the serving size and the safety seal.

Look for four quality cues: a safety seal that must be intact, a storage line, a distributor address and a full ingredient list. All four are printed. A factory, a lot number on the bottle we could verify and a test mark are not.

Tap each numbered spot on the back label to read what it covers.

Tap a number to read that part of the label.

  1. Directions

Adults, take approximately 1 dropper full twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. 'Approximately' is the label's own word.

  2. Caution / warning

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for anyone under 18 or pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before use, especially with a medication or a medical condition.

  3. Keep out of reach of children

Also: do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing; store in a cool, dry place.

  4. The dagger statement

The standard FDA statement: not evaluated by FDA; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  5. Distributed by

ZenCortex, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011 and [email protected]. Different from the New York addresses in the seller's brief.

  6. ZenCortex

    The product name in teal.

  7. Supports Healthy Hearing†

A structure/function claim with the FDA dagger. It is not a claim to treat hearing loss or tinnitus.

  8. The ear and sound wave

    A picture, not a measurement.

  9. Hearing Support Formula

A name for the product, not a tested property.

  10. Dietary supplement, 60 mL

The type and size: 60 mL, 2 fl oz. A supplement is not a drug or a hearing aid.

  11. Supplement Facts

    The standard panel heading.

  12. Serving size 1 mL

One mL is one dropper. 60 servings per container.

  13. Chromium 0.7 mcg, 2% DV

The only amount printed for a single ingredient. It is about one-fiftieth of the 35 mcg Adequate Intake.

  14. Proprietary Herbal Blend, 200 mg

One total for 22 lines. Daily Value not established.

  15. The 22 blend lines

Maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, forskolin, bird pepper, grapefruit seed, Asian ginseng, raspberry ketones, then amino acids, glycyrrhizinate and GABA. Listed most to least by weight.

  16. Other ingredients

Deionized water, organic citrus extract, natural flavors, stevia (steviol glycosides) and xylitol.

Lot and CoA04

What are the ZenCortex lot and CoA references?

The seller's brief gives two references, ZEN-26/TH-7233 and ZEN-7233-26-TH. They look like a lot code and a certificate of analysis code, but we have no document behind either.

A real certificate of analysis names the lab, the method, the date and the measured results for that lot. A code alone shows none of that. So we call these seller references, not lab proof.

Dose05

Can anyone verify what is in each ZenCortex dropper?

Not from the label. A blend must show its total weight, here 200 mg, and list its parts by weight, but it need not print each part (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 Supplement Facts).

That leaves 22 lines with no single amount. Line k can weigh at most 200 divided by k milligrams, so the last line weighs at most 9.1 mg. Without a lab report, nobody outside the maker can say what each dropper holds.

What a lab could check

A lab could report the amount of each marker compound and whether the bottle matches the label. Ask the seller if such a report exists for your lot.

Risk06

Could a supplement like ZenCortex hold hidden drugs?

Some supplements sold online have been found to contain unlisted drugs, mostly in weight-loss, sexual-enhancement and bodybuilding products (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely). We have no evidence that this applies to ZenCortex.

We also have no test that rules it out. FDA keeps a public index of health-fraud notices and a list of tainted supplements (FDA, Public Notifications - Health Fraud). We have not searched those lists for this product, so you should look yourself before you buy.

If you notice an unexpected reaction, stop and call a provider, and consider a MedWatch report (FDA, MedWatch). Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed.

Ask the seller07

What should you ask the ZenCortex seller about quality?

Ask for the paperwork that would turn the badges into facts. A seller with a report can send it in one email.

  1. Who makes it?

Ask for the name and address of the manufacturing site.

  2. Who certified GMP?

Ask for the certifier, the date and the scope of the audit.

  3. Where is the CoA?

Ask for the full report for your lot, with lab name and method.

  4. What is in the blend?

Ask for the amount of each of the 22 lines.

Order questions: call +1 (380) 868-3839 or email [email protected].

Before you buy08

How should you weigh quality claims before ordering ZenCortex?

Weigh them as unproven until a document says otherwise. The 60-day guarantee lowers money risk, but it does not test the product, and the buyer pays return shipping.

Check the seal on arrival, compare the label to our supplement facts page, and keep the lot number. For the wider picture, read is ZenCortex legit.

FAQ09

ZenCortex questions people ask

Does ZenCortex have a third-party lab report?

None that we have seen. The brief gives a lot reference and a CoA reference, but no lab name, date or results. Ask the seller for the full report for your lot before you rely on any quality claim.

Is the ZenCortex GMP badge real?

We cannot tell. The badge is an image, and no certifier, audit date or plant is named. GMP would apply to a manufacturing site, and the label names none, so the badge stays an unbacked claim.

What does registered FDA facility mean for ZenCortex?

It would mean a site is listed with FDA, which is a registration, not an approval or a passed inspection. The label names no facility, and the seller prints no registration number we could look up.

Has FDA ever tested ZenCortex?

We have no FDA test result to cite, and we have not checked FDA's notice lists for it, so look yourself. Silence is not a clearance. FDA acts on supplements after they are on sale, not before (FDA, Dietary Supplements).

What is a certificate of analysis for ZenCortex?

A certificate of analysis is a lab report for one lot, with the lab, method, date and measured results. ZenCortex gives a CoA code but no report, so the code alone proves nothing.

Is ZenCortex made in a clean, inspected facility?

The seller says so through badges, but nothing documents it. The label names a distributor in Aurora, Colorado, and no factory. We cannot confirm any inspection or who the manufacturer is.

How can I check my ZenCortex bottle for tampering?

Check that the safety seal is whole before use, because the label says not to use the drops if it is damaged or missing. Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place and note the lot.
