What is the serving size on ZenCortex?
The ZenCortex serving size is 1 mL, one dropper, and the bottle lists 60 servings. At two droppers a day, one bottle lasts 30 days.
The math: 60 mL divided by 1 mL is 60 servings, and 60 divided by 2 a day is 30 days.
Do not take more than the label says. The seller's info page adds timing, before breakfast and before lunch, which the bottle does not print (ZenCortex info page).

How much chromium is in ZenCortex?
Each ZenCortex serving has 0.7 mcg of chromium, in the form of chromium picolinate, which the label rates at 2% of the Daily Value.
It sits outside the blend with its own amount, so it is the only ingredient you can measure from the label.
Two servings a day give 1.4 mcg. Chromium can add to the effect of diabetes medicine and may affect how the body absorbs levothyroxine, so tell your doctor or pharmacist if you take either (NIH ODS, Chromium fact sheet).

US rules let a blend hide its split, but they require the total weight and an order from most to least by weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 Supplement Facts). The 22 lines run: maca, grape seed extract, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea extract, gymnema sylvestre, forskolin (coleus), bird pepper (capsicum), grapefruit seed extract, Asian ginseng, raspberry ketones, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, GABA, L-ornithine HCl, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine.
The info page says "over 20 carefully-selected ingredients". That is fair as a count and silent about doses.

How much of each ingredient can one ZenCortex serving hold?
Line k of 22 can hold at most 200 mg divided by k per serving. Maca can reach 200 mg, but the last line, L-carnitine, can hold no more than 9.1 mg.
The reasoning is simple. Because the list runs from most to least, line 2 cannot outweigh line 1, and line 3 cannot outweigh line 2. Three equal lines at 66.7 mg already use the full 200 mg, so line 3 tops out there.
These are ceilings, never amounts. An even split is about 9.1 mg per line.

What are the other ingredients in ZenCortex?
The other ingredients in ZenCortex are deionized water, organic citrus extract, natural flavors, stevia (steviol glycosides) and xylitol.

Does the ZenCortex label list how much of each herb is inside?
No. The panel prints one total of 200 mg for the Proprietary Herbal Blend and names 22 lines, but gives no amount for any single line. Only the order, from most to least by weight, tells you anything about the split.
How many ingredients are on the ZenCortex supplement facts panel?
The panel lists chromium plus 22 blend lines, so 23 named items. The seller's info page says "over 20 carefully-selected ingredients", which is true as a count. The other ingredients, such as water and xylitol, are listed separately.
Is there caffeine in the ZenCortex supplement facts?

Yes. By US labeling rules the blend lines run from most to least by weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 Supplement Facts). Maca is first and L-carnitine is last. That order sets a ceiling for each line, such as 100 mg at most for grape seed extract.
