Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set the rules for using the ZenCortex website. The site is for information only and gives no medical advice. It is run by a retailer, not the maker, and it earns money from order links. Orders, prices, shipping and refunds are governed by the seller's own terms at checkout. Last updated November 4, 2026.

Agreement01
What are the terms and conditions of the ZenCortex website?
These terms are the agreement between you and Thezencortex, the retailer that runs this website. By using the site, you accept them.
If you do not agree, please stop using the site. The terms cover thezencortex.com and its pages, images, tools and text. They do not cover the seller's checkout, which has its own terms.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the change.
Read for information. Do not treat it as medical advice. Buy only after you read the checkout's own terms.
Purpose02
What is this website for, and what is it not for?
This website is for general information about the ZenCortex supplement: its label, price, guarantee and the research behind its ingredients. It is not medical advice.
The authors are a label desk, not a clinic. The medical reviewer is not named yet. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition, and the product itself is not meant to either. FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Dietary Supplements).
Keep taking any prescribed medicine, and talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement. Sudden hearing loss in one ear needs same-day care (NIDCD, Sudden Deafness).
Do not delay a hearing test or a doctor visit because of anything you read here.
Who we are03
Who is the seller, and are you buying from this website?
You do not buy from this website. We are a retailer that describes itself as a "USA Authorized Zencortex Retailer", and our buttons link to the seller's checkout.
The title comes from the seller's brief and is awaiting confirmation by the site owner. We are not the manufacturer, and the bottle label names none.
We earn money when you buy through our links. The price you pay is the checkout's price, not ours. Read about this website for more.

| Product contents and label | The label's named distributor |
Orders04
Which terms apply when I order ZenCortex?
The checkout's terms apply, not these. When you order, you agree to the seller's rules on price, payment, shipping, returns and refunds.
We report what the seller's info page states, as read on October 19, 2026 (ZenCortex info page). Those figures can change without notice, and the checkout shows the final price. Check it before you pay.
- The 60-day money-back guarantee is the seller's, not ours
- The buyer pays return shipping
- Refund timing differs between sources, so ask the order desk
- Free trials and auto-renewals need careful reading (FTC, Pros and cons of free trials and auto-renewals)
We cannot change, cancel or refund an order. Call +1 (380) 868-3839 with your order ID.
Accuracy05
How accurate is the information on this website?
We work to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete or current. Prices, claims and the label can change.
We build pages from the label, the seller's pages and public sources, and we show the date of our last check. Where we could not verify a fact, we say so. Report errors to [email protected].
The label on your bottle is the authority for your bottle. If our page and your label differ, trust the label and tell us. Read our editorial standards for how we check facts.
Ownership06
Who owns the content on this website?
The text, layout and illustrations made for this site belong to the site's operator. You may read, print and quote short parts for personal use with a link back.
Do not copy whole pages, sell our content or pass it off as your own. The ZenCortex name, label and vendor pictures belong to their owners. We show them to describe the product and do not claim them.
Illustrations marked "Illustration made for this site" are drawings, not photos of the product. Vendor pictures are staging, not evidence of any result.
Your conduct07
What may you not do on this website?
Do not misuse the site. Do not break it, scrape it at scale, post false claims about it or use it to break the law.
- Do not try to gain access to systems or data
- Do not send spam or malicious files to our inbox
- Do not present our pages as a medical opinion
- Do not impersonate us or the seller
We may block access if someone abuses the site. We may also remove or change any page without notice.
Links08
Are you responsible for the sites we link to?
No. We link to the seller's checkout and to public sources, but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
A link to a source does not mean the source endorses us or the product. A link to the checkout is a paid link, because we earn money if you buy. The FTC expects such links to be disclosed clearly (FTC, Endorsement Guides Q&A).
Liability09
What are the limits of our liability?
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from using it, or from products you buy elsewhere.
This includes health effects, lost money, or harm from relying on a page instead of professional advice. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, or the seller's own guarantee.
We may update these terms. Questions go to [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. See the privacy policy and the disclaimer.
FAQ10
ZenCortex questions people ask
Can I rely on the ZenCortex website for medical decisions?
No. The site gives general information from a label desk, and its medical reviewer is not named. Use it to prepare questions, then ask a doctor or pharmacist. Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed.
Do the site's terms cover my ZenCortex purchase?
No. Your purchase is covered by the seller's checkout terms. These terms cover only your use of this information website. We cannot change, cancel or refund an order.
May I copy text or pictures from the ZenCortex website?
You may quote short parts for personal use with a link back. Do not copy whole pages or sell our content. The ZenCortex label and vendor pictures belong to their owners.
Is the ZenCortex site responsible for the checkout it links to?
No. The seller's checkout is a separate site with its own terms and privacy notice. We link to it, we earn a payment if you buy, and we do not control it.
What happens if the prices on this site are out of date?
The checkout price is the one you pay. We read prices on October 19, 2026 and can miss later changes. Check the final total, including shipping on a 2-bottle pack, before you confirm.
Can the ZenCortex website change these terms?
Yes. We may update them at any time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
Which law governs the ZenCortex website terms?
The brief names no governing law or court, so we state none. If the owner adds one, it will appear here. Local consumer laws that you cannot waive still apply to you.
