ZenCortex Money Back Guarantee: What It Covers and What It Does Not
The ZenCortex money back guarantee is a 60-day purchase policy stated by the seller: return the product, even empty bottles, for a refund. The buyer pays return shipping, and the info page and the brief give different refund timing. It protects your money, not your hearing.

What is the ZenCortex money back guarantee?
The ZenCortex money back guarantee is the seller's promise of a refund if you return the product within 60 days of purchase. It applies even to empty bottles.
The info page lists the guarantee with every pack (ZenCortex info page). We have read only the seller's statement of it, not a signed contract, so the full terms are on the terms and conditions page and with the order desk.
Think of it as a return window for your money. It says nothing about whether the drops work.
What does the ZenCortex guarantee cover and not cover?
It covers the product price, as the seller states it, minus shipping and handling fees. It does not cover return postage, which the buyer pays.
| Item | As stated |
|---|---|
| Window | 60 days from purchase |
| Empty bottles | May be returned |
| Return shipping | Paid by the buyer |
| Refund timing | Sources differ, ask the desk |
The info page says a refund within 48 hours of the return arriving. The brief says 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then 5 to 10 days on the card. Ask the desk which applies.
Does a guarantee show that ZenCortex works?
No. A guarantee shifts price risk from you to the seller. It is not a trial result, and the FTC says health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
No trial of ZenCortex has been found. The guarantee also cannot judge hearing: gradual hearing change is hard to notice in 60 days, so a hearing test beats a feeling. Keep taking prescribed medicine and see a doctor for any sudden change.
Weigh it against the cost of sending bottles back. A larger pack is a heavier parcel, and the price of postage comes out of your pocket.
You need 3 bottles. At the info page's 3-bottle price that is $207 ($69 a bottle).
Uses the info page's pack prices: $79 a bottle for 2, $69 for 3 and $49 for 6. It prints no price for one bottle, so a 1-month plan is shown against the 2-bottle price and noted as an estimate; totals for other bottle counts use the nearest listed pack price and are estimates too. The checkout shows the final total.

See packsWhat records should you keep for the guarantee?
Keep the order email, the order ID, the date you paid and a note of each call. Photograph the bottles before you post them and keep the tracking receipt.
To claim, call the order desk at +1 (380) 868-3839 with your order ID, then mail the bottles with tracking, including your full name, email and order ID. The brief prints a return address in Hoboken, NY, though Hoboken is in New Jersey, so call first. The steps are in the guarantee page, the refund policy and the refund steps post.

FAQ01
ZenCortex questions people ask
How long do I have to use the ZenCortex money back guarantee?
The seller states 60 days from the date of purchase. The clock starts when you pay, not when the parcel arrives, so a slow delivery shortens your window. Call the order desk well before day 60.
Can I return empty ZenCortex bottles for money back?
Yes, the seller states that empty bottles may be returned within the 60 days. Mail them with tracking, keep the receipt and include your full name, email and order ID.
Does the ZenCortex guarantee refund my shipping cost?
The info page says the refund is minus shipping and handling fees, so the original shipping may not come back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Confirm the exact figure with the order desk.
Is a money back guarantee the same as FDA approval for ZenCortex?
No. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold, and a guarantee is a store policy. One speaks to safety rules, the other to your refund, and neither speaks to results.
