ZenCortex Hearing Support Supplement: A Walk Around the Label
The ZenCortex hearing support supplement is a 60 mL liquid dietary supplement whose label says "SUPPORTS HEALTHY HEARING†" and "Hearing Support Formula". The dagger points to the standard FDA statement. The bottle makes no claim to treat hearing loss or ringing in the ears, and no trial of it has been found.

What is the ZenCortex hearing support supplement?
The ZenCortex hearing support supplement is a dietary supplement in liquid form, sold in a 60 mL amber glass bottle with a dropper. You take it by mouth, not in the ear.
The front label shows the name in teal, a white ear with a sound wave, and the words "Hearing Support Formula". It also says "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT" and "60ML / 2 FL OZ".

Serving size 1 mL; chromium 0.7 mcg; 200 mg blend of 22 lines.
What does "Supports Healthy Hearing†" mean on the label?
It is a structure/function claim: a statement about how a supplement affects the body's normal makeup, not a promise to treat a condition. The dagger sends you to a required line on the back.
That line reads: †These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold, so the dagger is a flag that the claim has not been checked that way (FDA, Dietary Supplements).
"Support" is also a loose word. It does not tell you how much, for whom, or measured how. The bottle gives no hearing-test result, no study and no number to hold it against.
What does the Supplement Facts panel add?
The panel is where the numbers live. Serving size is 1 mL, one dropper, and there are 60 servings in the bottle.
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) is 0.7 mcg. Below it sits the 200 mg "Proprietary Herbal Blend", with 22 lines in order from most to least by weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 Supplement Facts).

See packsWhat should you do with this label before buying?
Read the caution first, then the blend, then ask who makes it. The caution says not for anyone under 18 or pregnant or nursing, and to consult a physician before use, especially with a medication.
Keep taking any prescribed medicine. If hearing fell suddenly in one ear, see a doctor the same day rather than trying a supplement (NIDCD, Sudden Deafness).
The wording at the foot of the site is explained in the disclaimer, the full panel is on the supplement facts page, and the brand story is in the home page overview. For the label's hidden amounts, read the ZenCortex formula post.

FAQ01
ZenCortex questions people ask
What does the dagger next to Supports Healthy Hearing mean?
The dagger links the front claim to the back-label statement that FDA has not evaluated it and that the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is standard wording for structure/function claims on supplements.
Is the ZenCortex hearing support supplement a hearing aid?
No. A hearing aid is a device that amplifies sound. ZenCortex is a liquid supplement taken by mouth, and it does not amplify anything. An audiologist can test your hearing and say whether a hearing aid fits.
Does the ZenCortex front label list any ingredients?
No. The front shows the name, the hearing claim, the product type and the size. Ingredients are on the back, in the Supplement Facts panel and the other-ingredients line under it.
Why does ZenCortex say Hearing Support Formula if it has no hearing study?
It is a product name, and a name needs no proof. The bottle states no result, and no study of ZenCortex has been found. Read the name as branding, not as a tested property.
